- Coordinator collects donations and Sponsorship Forms from participants and calculate the results
- Log on your member account and submit the Results Summary Form online (This step must be taken in order to complete the program)
- Donations can be submitted in the following ways:
1.Direct transfer to Heifer
- HSBC Account 047-830-997-838
- BOC Account 012-873-1-051534-9
Please post the original transfer receipt along with the Sponsorship Form to Heifer, or contact Heifer to arrange for collection at a later date
2. School/Group collects all the donations and issues a cheque. (For the cheque submission method, please refer to the instructions on the right column)- Donations below HK$5,000

Please contact Heifer to come to collect the donations and Sponsorship Form (Donations by crossed cheque: Payable to “ Heifer Hong Kong Limited.” or “香港小母牛有限公司”. Please write down the student’s name and contact no. at the back of the cheque for tracing problem cheque)
